You are invited to the mansion, specially hosted by the Leader of Aerie herself! At the party in the mansion, there will be a banquet, dances, fireworks—and a grand prize—a lamp that can grant impossible wishes.
Everyone is invited—but not everyone would be able to enter.
To enter, you will have to discover your way through a hedge maze surrounding the mansion. “Gamemasters” are posted in every map who will protect the rules and ultimately everyone’s safety. You will have to solve their puzzles to find your way into the mansion before sundown.
But the map isn’t just a map for the mansion… it’s also a treasure map for the magic lamp.
♦The rules are very simple♦
♦ Can’t hurt anyone
♠ Can't destroy property
♣ Must get to the mansion by sundown
♥ Can't pass the gate without the Gamemaster's approval
These are the only rules so use whatever loopholes you can find for your creativity! We're a problem solving RP after all.
Now it wouldn't exactly be cheating if you flew over the hedges. But that's boooring! (So don't do that lol) [/blockquote]
♠ How it works♠ [/size]
1. Characters will enter in the red, blue, or the yellow threads.
Thread= Colored Map Piece[/b]
2. Your goal is to first go through the hedge maze to the desired gate, so you can move on to the next map piece to reach the mansion and/or the treasure.
Gate= Dotted Lines
3. A Gamemaster (an NPC played by me) will visit the threads and give characters a puzzle. A Gamemaster can appear before or after characters have reached their desired gate.
Once they solve the puzzle, the GM will open the desired gates, letting the characters pass in the direction they wish to go.
If they fail, the GM will let them still pass, but in an unfavorable random gate.
4. Once you pass the gate, you can move on to the next thread.
5. Characters can move and solve puzzles in groups, but the groups can also split if they choose to go through different gates or had a different answer to the puzzle.
6. The ultimate prize is a genie lamp, and only one character can win the lamp. *If you are going to attempt for the genie, pleaseee plan to be active in the future!

No matter what map you're in, there will be a variety of obstacles. You may get to the mansion easy or you may get lost--but that solely depends on you--it's your game, and we only supply the tricks!
