[/b]the government

Aerie's government (The Council) and everyone's jobs are separated to degrees. Categories are separated by personalities as well as matching jobs, tasks, and a council position.
Every character belongs to a degree and is chosen by their author from their personality traits. Choosing the degree helps us divide and organize the characters and help match jobs easier. You choose the degree. The degree does not choose you.
If you haven’t decided a degree for your character , whether they’re too young or can’t decide, you are “Undecided”. Not every part of a degree has to match with their character, but know that the degree represents your character.
The government of Aerie is an autocracy and the “president” primarily chooses most decisions; although the Council, which serves as a legislature, can override the “president”. The Council is made up of four members (each from diverse categories) and one leader.
Council members are chosen through auditions and the previous leader will choose them. Council members can also have “vice council members” which will take over after the council member quits/retires. Being a council member doesn’t mean you have to be a staff member; anyone can apply.
The Leader
Lead by-- Sash

The Leader degree isn’t a degree that can be classified with a personality; there are only one or two people that belongs to the leader degree... the ruler (president) and his or her heir.
The Leader’s job is to protect Aerie and make sure everything is running great and smoothly. The Leader makes their choices and the decisions to represent Aerie. There are no specific personalities for the leader, but the leader must have leadership, as well as good character, intelligence, efficient, and a heart for truth and justice.

There are no jobs for the undecided degree or a council member because there isn’t a degree decided.
